Daniel Ragland lives in Norcross, Georgia with his wife, daughter (now attending an SEC University) and teenage son who attends high school in Gwinnett County. Evan Jones lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and three children who attend elementary and middle schools in North-Fulton County.

During the next 16 years with Robins Kaplan, Mr. Ragland handled a variety of civil litigation matters, but he concentrated mostly on the representation of Plaintiffs in serious injury and wrongful death cases. In 2004, he left Robins Kaplan to establish Ragland & Jones, LLP. Evan Jones began his legal career in 1991 with the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In 1995, Mr. Jones entered private practice spending the next eight years at law firms which focused upon medical malpractice defense. In 2003, Mr. Jones left the defense bar to begin his own Plaintiffs’ practice. In 2004, he became Mr. Ragland’s partner and together they founded Ragland & Jones, LLP.

Attorneys Ragland and Jones are “Champion” members of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and they are both members of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). During each of the last 6 years, Daniel Ragland and Evan Jones have both been listed as “Super Lawyers” in the Atlanta Magazine.
