Welcome to the Ragland & Jones, LLP legal “library.” We have included a library page on our website for two primary reasons:

First, we are providing this library to let readers of our website know what legal hornbooks, medical textbooks, treatises and other written resource materials we have accumulated in the law library located in our office. We have listed many of the legal and medical resources we have onsite to help us know and keep current about the applicable law and best strategies to use in each of the focus areas of our litigation practice. Handling severe injury and wrongful death litigation requires extensive knowledge and up-to-date information about the practice areas in which we specialize. These materials help us more effectively represent our clients.

Second, we are providing this library to allow readers to view some of the key case pleadings, articles, lectures or other documents which the attorneys at Ragland & Jones, LLP have written or prepared.
